The subject matter of the tender concerns internal inspection services on NET4GAS pipelines DN800 using the latest and most accurate high resolution magnetic flux leakage inspection technology, which is able to provide inspection tools detecting long axial and circumferential metal loss defects as well as pinholes (MFL inspection, tool and resolution type e.g. MFL4 SHR+, MFL-ULTRA service/tool, etc), XYZ mapping (GPS inspection), pipeline geometry (Caliper inspection) and optionally cleaning run (CL). The Caliper inspection run shall be carried out using high resolution geometry tool with target to inform NET4GAS about all welds, all diameter reductions, measure internal diameter per section and detect all not fully opened valves and dents. The above-mentioned inspection method shall be combined in one inspection tool. The provided tool shall be compliant with current NET4GAS pipeline system, which is further described in appendices to this document or will be identified during cleaning runs. Data analysis and submission of the Preliminary and Final Report The detection threshold shall be 1%, evaluation threshold shall be 1% and reporting threshold shall be 1%. Each reported feature and its dimension (length, width, depth, position and location) must have a tolerance (sizing accuracy) that is determined by the sizing specification. If the tolerance for a given feature is not explicitly specified, the tolerance for a general defect will apply The high-resolution bending strain analysis shall be performed and report submitted. The dent, buckle and wrinkles report shall contain stress-based assessment (stress concentration factor, strain and remaining life analysis) reflecting the actual severity of deformation.
