The subject-matter of the public contract is the construction of the pavilion of the Czech Republic at the EXPO 2025 Universal World Exposition in Osaka (Japan). The Czech Republic is participating in the EXPO 2025 Universal World Exposition, which will be held from 13 April to 13 October 2025 in Osaka, Japan. The National Pavilion will offer a worthy facility for the Czech participation at EXPO 2025. The Czech Republic is one of the countries that will be represented at EXPO 2025 in Osaka by a pavilion of its own original design. The design of the Czech pavilion was selected in an architectural competition. Further information and definitions on the subject-matter of the public contract are given in the annexes to these procurement documents. The owner of the pavilion will be the contracting authority, which will also ensure its operation.
