FCI systems (NOTAM/OPMET/IBS) – framework agreement on system modifications (EXIT)

The subject of the performance of the public order is to ensure the development of system services in the ISC domain (primarily NOTAM/OPMET/IBS, additionally AMHS/AFTN - systems from the supplier Frequentis California Inc.) in the form of framework agreement for the for the next 4 years. On the basis of the framework agreement, individual deliveries will be contracted through partial implementation contracts - releases of required changes. Payments are expected gradually according to the definition of the partial release (e.g. after the FAT of a partial release, after the SAT of a partial release, etc.) The development is defined in the following areas: - changes to the system based on the medium-term plan of the ANS CR - changes to the system based on requirements related to the safe provision of services and capacity approved by the system of registration and approval of requirements in the ANS CR - legislative changes - cyber security
