Description of the subject of performance of this public contract: Acquisition of the VCS system for new ATC simulator for Terminal Sectors and FIC (SIMU TEB), for new ATC simulator for the TopSky system (SIMU TopSky), renewal and extension of the VCS systems on ATC simulators SIMU TWR, SIMU CANI, SIMU ROSE + PAR, SIMU TR7 LKTB and LKMT. The purpose of the action is to acquire a VCS system that will be fully applicable for all sorts of ATCO training. The VCS system shall meet the specified requirements, mainly: • Multi-group radio and telephone communications simulation • Operational VCS HMI simulation • Replay synchronized with the replay of ATC simulator • Recording output to RRS (External Recording and Replay System)
