The subject-matter of the Public Contract is to supply one Z-span tester unit. The Contracting Authority requires new, unused device (equipment). The technical conditions are defined in the form of the minimum technical requirements of the Contracting Authority for the subject of performance and are listed in Annex No. 1 - Minimum technical requirements.
