Provision of a solution for the management of consortia of EIR

The purpose of the public contract is to conclude a contract for the provision of software that will enable the contracting authority to effectively manage electronic information resources (hereinafter referred to as “EIR”); such software is referred to by the contracting authority as ERMS (Electronic Resources Management System - hereinafter referred to as “ERMS”). EIR - electronic information resources - is a collective name for electronic journals, electronic books and special databases, or for licenses providing access to these resources. EIR in the context of this contract falling within the field of science and research (e.g. EBSCO Academic Search Complete). ERMS is an information system that allows librarians to manage all the necessary information related to the EIR throughout the entire life cycle of the EIR.
