UHV, low temperature SPM with magnetic field for Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) experiments

The subject matter of the Public Contract is the supply of a scientific device, which can be described as a low-temperature scanning probe microscope with a magnetic field, working in an ultra-high vacuum, and allowing tunnel current detection. It is to be equipped with high-frequency cabling for electron spin resonance experiments. The operating temperature is below 150 mK, and the out-of-plane magnetic field is at least 1T.
