The subject of the public contract is the delivery of battery testers in accordance with the conditions set out in the binding proposal for the contract, which is Annex No. 1 of PD. The subject of the public contract is defined in detail, particularly in Annex No. 1 of the Proposal for the Contract (Technical Specification of the Subject of Performance) of PD.
