The scope of the Public contract is supply of 1 pc of alpha spectrometric system (1 pc of compatible alpha-spectrometric detector of area 50 mm2, 1 pc of compatible alpha-spectrometric detector of area 100-200 mm2 and 1 pc of compatible alpha-spectrometric detector of area ≥ 400 mm2) and 1 pc of x-ray spectrometric system with one SDD detector including its delivery. Technical specification of the scope is defined in Technical specification, which is attached as Annex No. 1 to tender documentation on the profile of the contracting authority.
